Administrative Assistant:

Provides office assistance to support the departments of Nursing,
Finance, human Resources, Transport, and Maintenance. The Administrative
Assistant is responsible for answering all incoming calls to the office
and routing them to the appropriate person. This role requires data
entry, scheduling, and time sheet maintenance. The position also entails
basic clerical tasks including ordering office supplies, filing,
message taking, etc.
Home Nurse:
- Performs weekly assessments to maintain the physiological and
psychological condition of the residents. the home nurse assesses and
evaluates the health and status of residents and provides treatment in
accordance with physician orders and standards of are set by Graceful
Aging. This positions requires one to accurately document findings and
to report abnormal findings.
Maintenance:

On a weekly basis the maintenance supervisor audits the homes for needed upkeep, deliveries, groceries, current menus, and needed supplies to care for the residents. The maintenance supervisor is responsible for reporting and maintaining a safe working and living conditions at all Graceful Aging properties and vehicles. This positions is also responsible for assisting with transport overflow for resident appointments.
Office Manager:
- Responsible for the flow and proficient function of the Graceful
Aging office. The OM supports the departments of Nursing, Chief
Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Transport, and Maintenance.
The OM is directly responsible for human resources and for the schedules
of the CEO, CFO, transport, residents, and employees. The OM also
assists with payroll documentation.
Resident Care Specialist:

Provides various direct and indirect patient care activities and
related services. Responsible for the daily upkeep of the home and the
basic needs of the resident including cleaning, laundry, personal care,
and medication administration.
Social Worker:
- Responsible for working with the residents who are socially excluded or experiencing crisis due to a medical, physical, or mental situation. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional relationship with the residents and acting as a guide and advocate. This role requires persistent communication with resident families and involves organizing activities and managing resident requests.
Transporter:

Provides transport to resident medical appointments, labs, and actives scheduled by the home manager.
